About Plumber Service TX
About Plumber Service TX: One Team for Every System in Your Home
We built Plumber Service TX around a simple observation: DFW homeowners don’t want three contractors, three quotes and three warranties. They want one accountable team that shows up, prices honestly and stands behind the work.
- Licensed & insured
- Upfront flat-rate pricing
- Same-day appointments

Our Story: Three Trades, One Standard
Plumbing, air conditioning and electrical are separate licenses, separate skills and — at most companies — separate cultures. We brought them together deliberately, because in a real house the systems overlap constantly: a water heater is plumbing and gas; an AC condensate leak becomes a drywall and electrical issue; a generator install touches gas lines and the panel. When one company owns the whole picture, nothing falls between the trades.
From our offices in Fort Worth, Frisco and Southlake, we dispatch licensed specialists — never a “jack of all trades” doing electrical work on a plumber’s ticket. What is shared is the standard: background checks, upfront flat-rate pricing, shoe covers and drop cloths, and a written warranty on every job.

What We Believe
Five commitments shape every service call we run in the metroplex:
- Diagnose before we quote: you can’t price a problem you haven’t found. Every job starts with a real diagnosis, explained in plain English.
- Options, not ultimatums: we present repair and replacement paths with honest pros and cons, and respect whichever you choose.
- The quote is the price: flat-rate, in writing, approved by you before work starts. No hourly meter, ever.
- Your home is not a jobsite: floor protection, clean uniforms, and a workspace left cleaner than we found it.
- Warranty in writing: if our work fails, we come back and fix it free. Qualifying AC installs carry lifetime workmanship coverage.
Local Roots Across the Metroplex
Our three dispatch teams aren’t marketing pins on a map — they’re what keeps drive times short on both sides of DFW. The Fort Worth team covers Tarrant County’s older housing stock, including Arlington. The Frisco team serves the fast-growing Collin and Denton county corridor, and the Southlake team anchors the mid-cities from Grapevine to Keller.
That geography matters because North Texas homes fail in geographic patterns: cast-iron drain lines and shifting pier-and-beam foundations in pre-1970 Fort Worth and Arlington, builder-grade equipment reaching end-of-life in 2000s-era Frisco subdivisions, and high-demand systems — pools, media rooms, EV chargers — in Southlake. We train and stock our vans for the neighborhoods we actually serve.

About Our Company — Frequently Asked Questions
Is Plumber Service TX one company or three?
One company, three licensed trades. Plumbing, HVAC and electrical each run with dedicated licensed specialists, shared dispatch and a single accountability standard — so one email covers any system in your home.
Where is Plumber Service TX located?
We operate three DFW dispatch hubs — in Fort Worth, Frisco and Southlake. Together they cover the metroplex from Arlington to McKinney, and every job is booked through one inbox: service@plumberservicetx.com.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. The technician at your door is a background-checked Plumber Service TX employee, licensed for the trade they’re performing. We never sell your job to a third party.
Do you serve commercial properties or only homes?
Our focus is residential — single-family homes, townhomes and small multi-family properties. Light commercial work (offices, retail suites) is considered case-by-case; email service@plumberservicetx.com with details.
How are your technicians vetted?
Every hire passes a criminal background check and drug screening, holds the appropriate Texas trade license or registered apprenticeship, and completes our in-house training on pricing transparency and home protection before running solo calls.
What warranty do you offer on work?
Every repair carries a written workmanship warranty. Installations carry both the manufacturer’s equipment warranty and our labor warranty, and qualifying new air conditioning systems are eligible for our lifetime workmanship warranty program.
Why don’t you list a phone number?
We run scheduling by email so every quote, appointment window and approval exists in writing — which protects you. Send your request to service@plumberservicetx.com and dispatch will handle the rest, including urgent same-day calls marked URGENT.
Does Plumber Service TX charge a trip fee?
Dispatch will confirm any diagnostic or trip charge for your address in writing before booking, and it’s applied toward the repair if you proceed. You’ll never discover a fee for the first time on the invoice.
